Online Check-In Required

To confirm your reservation, the lead guest may be required to complete our secure online check-in form, agree to our terms and conditions, and provide valid photo identification.

•⁠ Deposit or Damage Waiver

For certain bookings we may require either:

•⁠ ⁠A refundable security deposit (£250–£500 depending on property size), or

•⁠ ⁠A non-refundable damage waiver (£50–£150 depending on length of stay).

This helps protect the property while ensuring guests can enjoy their stay comfortably.

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

•⁠ ⁠Standard Check-in: After 3PM

•⁠ ⁠Standard Check-out: Before 11AM

Early check-in may be available subject to availability:

£20 per/ hour, £50 two hours, before the standard check-in time.

Late check-out may be available subject to availability:

£20 per /hour, £50 two hours after 11AM.

Pet Policy

•⁠ pets may be allowed with prior approval.

•⁠ if approved a £50 pet fee, per pet per stay will apply.

•⁠ ⁠Strictly no smoking inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will apply to cover specialist cleaning and damages.

•⁠ ⁠No excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. Any disturbance to neighbours may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
